1. Where do I start?
Answer: The very first thing you need to do is obtain a Main Campus Net ID. (A main campus NetID is different from your local UNM-LA logon and password.)

2. Will I have a main campus NetID immediately?
Answer: No, after you complete the form online, it may take 24 hours before your NetID is active.

3. I have a main campus NetID, now what do I do?
Answer: We recommend you email the professor of record for your course for more information. Also check the course schedule to see if there is an on-campus class meeting.

4. What is WebCT?
Answer: WebCT is the software program that UNM uses to deliver online courses. If you are new to online learning or to WebCT, you can start by visiting the student orientation center at http://www.webct.com or check out the student support area at http://webct.unm.edu/home/index.html
