Young Readers & Writers Conference
(3rd – 6th Grades)

Come and explore the fascinating world of the written word. This special conference is designed for students who wish to enhance their oral and written skills, either as readers or writers. Participants may choose from several workshops. Previous workshops covered topics like Poetry II, Read Your Way to Better Writing, Writing through Senses: Using Sight, Smell, hearing, Touch & Taste, Spy Journal, and Travel Writing. For students currently enrolled in grades 3-6. A few younger students may be accepted on a space available basis. Tuition includes all materials; students bring their own lunch and drink. Students choose one workshop per session.
