Event Catering Services

UNM-Los Alamos offers catering services for special events held on campus.  We will be happy to customize a menu for the needs of the event.

Please provide a projected number of attendees (plus or minus 5%) no later than five days prior to the event.  A cost will be quoted based on the projected number of attendees.  If the number of attendees exceeds the projected number, the actual cost will be based on the actual number of attendees.  If the number of attendees is fewer than the projected number, you will be billed for the original quoted cost.

Cancellations must be made ten days prior to the event.  If you are unable to cancel prior to this deadline, you will be billed for all incurred costs.  Please contact Steve Ciddio at 662-0337 or sciddio@unm.edu to cancel.

Beer and wine cannot be sold or served on UNM property unless UNM-Los Alamos is sponsoring your event and special licenses are obtained 30 days prior to the event.  Please contact Lisa Clough at 661-4695 or lclough@unm.edu for more information.
