Libbi Lovejoy
|
My name is Libbi Lovejoy and I have been a student at UNM-LA since I graduated high school in May of 2008. I would like to join student gevernment so that I can participate in the planning of activities, representing the student public, and helping to make this a better college for those just out of high school and those wishing to go furthur with their lives.
This semester I am taking a range of classes for my degree, and have experience in taking online classes. This last week I have been studying in building 6, and giving directions to all those who asked.
I believe that I am well qualified for this position, and that I will be able to help our school be the best it can be. |

James Robinson
|
Hi, my name is James Robinson, and I am seeking re-election as a Student Government member for this school year. As a previous member, my main thought was putting the students first, and I did this while I helped plan, and participate in several activities for the students of UNM-LA. Also, I was proud to represent UNM-LA in Washington D.C. at the AIPAC Leadership conference, at the Bobbye Straight Faculty Initiative, and at the “Six Essential Steps of Community Leadership” class. I have several more qualifications that would be glad to share. If you would like more information, email me at jrobin01@unm.edu. |
